The aim of the course is to give an understanding of
White Crane Kung Fu
as taught in the
Ong Gong Shr Wu Shu Guan
in
Yong Chun.
Exact content is dependant on the background of course members. Excercises are suitable for
people who have never done kung fu, and people who have done many years of martial arts, with supplimentary exercises
taught to individual students to fit their needs.
The emphasis of kung fu as a fighting art, or a health routine is very much dependant on the orientation of the individual. At kung fu
holidays we aim to lay the groundwork with the emphasis on exercises which can be built up for either application.
